Meats:
Caboose Brisket:                              Whole 5-6# yield ($70) or Half ($40)
Pulled Pork Shoulder:                      Whole ($40) or Half ($25)
Baby Back Ribs:                               Full Rack ($20)
B & A’s Famous Chicken Thighs:   Each ($3) or 8 for ($20), 12 for($30)

Sides:
Aunt Patty’s Pasta Salad***:                            Quart ($5)
Smokin’ Caboose BBQ Beans:                           Quart ($5)
“Everything’s Better With Bacon” Slaw:         Quart ($5)

***Aunt Patty’s Pasta Salad – Penne pasta cooked al dente and cooled; then marinated with Italian dressing, tomatoes, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and capers.

Order by emailing us at smokincaboosebbq@aol.com or call 451-5907. Pick times are July 11^th at Inis Grove Park between the hours of 5pm and 7pm.  We will be in the northwest shelter (the shelter closest to Duff Avenue). 

Please place your order by Wednesday July 9^th. Quantities are limited.  You’ll receive an invoice via email that can be paid by credit card via Paypal, or by cash or check when you pick up your BBQ.
